 In the event of an alarm at your business or residence, Maxama can professionally and safely respond with trained personnel. We will do our best to resolve the cause of the alarm and leave you with a report of our findings and course of action.
We are the largest regional provider of this service because our response times are excellent, our trained/bonded personnel are professional and our reporting systems are crucial. We charge a reasonable fee per alarm response.
Key Holder
 People often ask us, "What is a key holder?" A key holder is someone (who holds a key to your home or business) who can respond to your alarm immediately, thoroughly check your business/residence (interior and exterior), deal with police or fire personnel, correct the 'alarm' event, reset the alarm before leaving and provide you with a full report. If a break-in has occurred, Maxama's trained staff can execute a proper search and allow for entrance of the police if warranted.
 Maxama can securely hold the keys to your business or home and provide a full key holder service that is 2nd to none (NOTE: the Police do not hold keys or leave a written report for you). There is a reasonably priced annual fee for key holding.
